Why Bother Going Out... When You Can Stay IN?

Ah. Don't Go Out. With the intriguingly awesome Info Page, I downloaded it and began to play. But, I forgot an important fact for Amateur Games:

Relativity is like an Anti-Drug. Use it once or twice, and then make everything up.

So, not-so-shockingly, I was sadly disappointed.

My first big letdown was the lack of a title screen. As I sit here, recalling my previous title screen lacking game, I begin to shudder, so let's not talk about it. But, anyways, I tried to stay intrigued. After a short introduction-like thing, I began to play. Of course, "Play" is an operative term, and I was really playing...

I-Spy. Remember that book you could buy when you were a kid? Where you had to find different things on the page? Yeah this is like that, cept you have to deal with sound and its not as fun.

I decided to look through the options. I picked a random one, and was greeted with this:

WTF? Why the bloody hell would ANYBODY look through trash? That's just silly.

Eventually, I looked at the board on the side.

Okay... Dead people. Its getting good!

But, alas, the game was over in 5 minutes, and other than the twist ending I was let down.

STORY:

Reads like a bad horror flick.

Seriously, its all about "Not Leaving" so, of course, you assume you should leave. And you're not allowed to. Huh. But, back to the pictures.

When I see an abuse of question marks, I get a sneaking suspicion that this won't go well.

So, Anon lives in a dorm. Neato. I wonder what Anon does in this dorm...

MUSIC & SOUNDICS:

I am still aware Soundics is not a word. But, this is rather bad. There is no music, so I muted my computer to listen to my iPod, and then the creator decided that I should be forced to have to listen to random sounds. Usually, if there is no music, the average person will listen to something else. So when I found out that I needed my computer unmuted to listen to random sounds to continue the story, I was rather ticked.

MAPPING:

I find it interesting how large his dorm room is. And his lack of a room-mate.

OVERALL:

Apart from the twist ending, this game isn't all that good. The graphics were nice however, but the lack of anything interesting about the game turned me off. That, and the "PUMPKIN LORD" lie on the info page.

1.5/5.

Man, I should probably take this down, or at least change the description. Seems like it's doing way more harm than good D:.

Also, reviewing this game is the new fad thing to do. :3
Isn't it? I'm surprised nobody noticed the "Eye Spy" thing though. I thought it was fun. :D
