NOTE: This only works on a windows computer.

If you are tired of importing systems, facesets, chipsets, charsets, and everything else, its time for a change. With my way, you can have ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING YOU NEED when creating a game, and the fact that you don't need to import, is a good one for me, and maybe you.

HOW TO DO THIS
Step 1. Open your computer by clicking "MY COMPUTER" on the desktop or start menu.
Step 2. Double click on your C:/ drive.
Step 3. Open the Program files folder.
Step 4. Go to the ASCII section of the folder, and open it.
Step 5. Open the folder in which engine you want to put your files in.
Step 6. Open the RTP in that folder.
Step 7. Open the folder in which the files you want to import are in.
Step 8. Drag the files that you want to put into the RTP into the respective RTP catagories.
FACESETS
CHARSETS
CHIPSETS
BACKDROP
SYSTEM
MONSTER
MUSIC
PICTURE
SOUND
BATTLE
PANORAMA
TITLE
GAMEOVER
MOVIE

Step 9. Open the RPG MAKER 2000 or 2003. The files will be listed under the catagories you put them in. Note: The system will not give a warning if the file is too big or too small, like this message you get in 2000:

WARNING
The size of the is illegal.

So check your other rpg maker files for consistancy.

NOTE: DO NOT CHANGE THE RTP FILES OR THE GAMES AND THE RPG MAKER WILL NOT WORK!!!

And that's what you should NEVER do. It's way better to copy/paste all needed files straight into your project's directory. At least the will be no problems with sharing your game with others.
Yeah, this is actually really bad advice. If you do this, you will not be able to zip up your game folder and share your game -- it will mysteriously crash on everyone else's computer!
Lol, also transparency issues can occur if you do it this way, also, I have never packaged a game, so I can't say anything about it that far.
I just prefer the old fashioned way...Importing.
It's fine if you use the RMTool after the project is completed, but otherwise, bad idea.
