Ah shit! Here we go again.

Well... all the devs can do to prevent something like this (at least on MV) is to compile the game's source code to binary that nwjs can read. It can be a pain in the arse to do every time you update the game, but it can be automated with scripts (I even wrote an app for this).

So... I ported most of the game over to MV.


I did have to make a new battle system though.



I even played with Pixi effects within cutscenes. Example:

I ran a check on itch.io for Immortal Sins the morning. Only my mirror is up. And only my profile on it is there. So, everything's fine on my side. I am keeping an eye out for this. Should I post any info on my gamedev blog though? Just in case.

Well, I ported 100% successfully a sample RPG Maker MV project over to the Universal Windows Platform (with the help of Visual Studio). Aside from a few issues (such as WebGL not supported on Windows Phone (Are you kidding me, Microsoft?!)) it's a pretty solid port.
