This is actually a pretty good idea.
It is? Uhhh, I mean, yes – it is! Of course, lol.
Okay, after thinking about it for the past day and mulling it over about what I should do with it, the only two ideas that I have (at the moment) to turn it into something would be either to make into a short RPG that starts off relativity simple at first, like the pair driving through town and then nabbing a perk off the street for something, only for it to slowly unravel into a much bigger revelation revolving around a huge drug smuggling ring that Officer Goose and his human partner have to stop from the drugs getting into the city and into the hands of children. I wouldn’t design it to be a very long game…probably around a couple of hours to complete, or something, but something like that might work out just fine as a silly little game.
Of course, the other idea that I have is more of an arcade-styled setting where the goose and his human partner bust people in the park and hand out fines for doing illegal activities and you’ll be able to switch between the two characters. As the goose, he can communicate with the other animals in the park to acquire more information about what’s going on and blend in with the crowd (because nobody expect the goose to be a member of law enforcement) while the officer is the one that does all the arresting and hands out the tickets.
Either way, this is something to think about for maybe in the future. In the meantime, I’ll just continue to slowly mold it into something over time. I mean, I gotta get Monopolo finished and get it back on here first and then finish Brian Okam’s Free Throw Challenge before I do anything else.
(Oh, and if it becomes an RPG, the healing item that you use to recover HP? It’s gonna be Gooseberries.) :P
I guess as he walks around he can make a “quacking” sound while tilting his head and scratching himself while he’s idle, but we’ll see what I can do.
