STATUS

…Which means I’ll be less productive, have to constantly hear from TSN and Sportsnet every single day about how amazing Connor McDavid is and how much the Toronto Maple Leafs are quote unquote “Canada’s Team” (which I die a little inside whenever I hear that, those poor, poor disillusional ba*tards) and all those frustrating as hell advertisements that keep repeating themselves over and over again (I’m looking at you Game Of War).

But seriously, I’m glad that hockey’s back. It’s been far, far too long since the last game that I’ve watched that seriously meant anything for me and I was getting a little bit tired of seeing all those stupid reality shows that are on constantly on T.V. all the time (even though that this is technically a reality show in itself).

I guess there’s nothing left to do but to pray to the hockey gods up there that this year will finally be the year…

(Even though that everyone’s predicting the Canucks to be basement dwellers this season, lol.)

It went south to the driving range and the pitch and putt for the last couple of months, there. Don't worry, it happens every year.
