Pun loving Canadian, friendly neighbourhood "Ace", and Narrative Designer at Nine Dots Studios.
I've been a huge fan of RPGs (especially turn based ones) since I was young, and it warms my hearts to be able to make RPGs that other people can enjoy.

My recent game was literally one big way of coping with the loss of my dad. It was a curse and a blessing. I actually put some of my traumas I had from it all into it, as a way of coping. It weirdly helped me.
I'm familiar with doing that. :P A whole lot of the side-story of Mayhem Maiden (a longer game I've been on-and-of developing for damn near 8 years by this point) was literally written alongside my coping with my first ever breakup.
And honestly? It felt therapeutic to be able to show how that journey went for me, but via a side character. :P
I would definitely recommend trying to keep yourself in shape nonetheless. There is a lot in life you cannot control, but doing small stuff like having some limitations on diet and some exercise every day is something you can control. (just a little is enough in my opinion, not everyone has to be a health nut)
It was more the fear of potential WW3/nuclear warfare that made me stop caring about staying in shape.
Feeling more stable now, so I started doing my Ring Fit routine again, the other day. :P
