There are two things I love: video games and writing. I've enjoyed writing stories since I was very young, and I'm an 80/90's kid, so my childhood was Atari, NES and SNES. I wanted to go to school for video game design, but that's not where life took me. When I discovered RPG Maker, it allowed me to take my two passions and fuse them together. I absolutely love creating fantasy worlds, writing the lore and developing characters. I do lack the artistic creativity and plugin knowledge, but I like to think I make up for that in storytelling. I love the old school RPG's where they gripped us with great stories: Final Fantasy 2&3, Chrono Trigger, Lufia and Secret of Mana to name a few. Tales of Yuria is my way to tell the first chapter of the world I've been creating for years.

Am I the only one that thinks hamsters are cute and fine, but mice and rats creep me out? I think it's the tail. Their tails freak me out.

[ARTIST FOR HIRE] Sprite Art and VN/Game Art
Beautiful work! I love everything you've done for me plus the additional work for your personal project. I highly recommend her. She's friendly, easy to work with and sends frequent updates. I should know. I'm very picky, and anytime I ask her to change something, she does it with no question asked. LOL Thanks for putting up with me :-)

Just wanted to let everyone know about this. Something interesting happened today. One of the sites that my game is (or was) on: KBHGames.com
I wrote a review on the page that contained my game indicating that it was stolen. I went back to see if anyone responded or wrote another review about 15 minutes later, and the game had been taken down: "Page Not Found."
I'm curious if the thief took it down. Not sure, but it's no longer there. Coincidence? I don't know... LOL
You can't write a review on all the sites your game has been posted on, but the ones you can, I recommend doing so. Indicate your game was stolen and how they can find the real link to your game, and it looks like (possibly) this person (since these questionable sites won't) is taking it down at that point.

The one thing we got is coming together as a community. Just keep reporting your games to these sites. I'd like to think if the games keep getting taken down, this person will just eventually give up. Maybe. Hopefully. It's just so frustrating and time consuming.
I mean... thanks to this dick, I'm putting off working on my next game because I'm so focused on searching my current game and making sure it's not popping up on other sites. My friend's even helping me with it. I'm gonna have to start paying her as a legal consultant. :-P

In my newest game, I'm making sure I put a disclosure at the very beginning of my game about where you can download it, and that it's FREE to play with NO ads, and if they're currently playing it as such, to visit (linking this site) to get their free copy, ad free, and support the actual developer of the game.
I'm doing the same for my next update/version of Tales of Yuria... but unfortunately, this guy (and anyone that DL it now) is going to have my older version. Maybe I'll add some new content to my current game to set it apart from the one he/she currently has. Get the ENHANCED EDITION HERE (SUCK IT EnmxDev)! :-)
I'll also be following AceofAces suggestion to protect it better on my next version.
