Super RMN All-Stars
Well said, Minus
One simple thing, there really needs to be a separate comment section for each level. Just like we already have with images. Looking through 50 pages of posts for level feedback does not work. I think that would go a long way to getting people to look at levels.
Also I suggest some kind of judge group of about 3 people, where ALL 3 must approve stamp a level before it gets in. Again, being stuck with one comment page will make this painful.
Otherwise all the responsibility falls on one guy.
Just my 2 cents

Super RMN Bros. 3 Review
Hey y'alls
Kentona's throwback levels are arguably good. Part of me would give them an A for sure. But another part of me finds them boring. And yet another part of me finds them offensive for some mysterious reasons. But if most people like them than that's great. It's really just personal preference.
The Zelda / Metroid / Megaman throwbacks, unlike Kentona's, were mostly not that great, but I did dock them lower just because they were throwbacks. I'm sure a normal person would score them higher.
I tried to make this review too much like a Let's Play or something, it was a nonstop sequence of my playing a level, getting really mad, and whining about it, it would have been far more effective to actually watch the struggle and see why I came to the conclusions that I did.
In hindsight, maybe I should have given this 2 stars, or maybe 2.5. I just like to be dramatic.
But, on second second thought, I'm going to make a list of why I think throwbacks don't really work with me:
-large percentage of throwbacks in this game, why so many?
-some of the throwbacks were actually painful levels
-the throwbacks that managed to be good made me think "I wish I was playing that instead of this"
-I don't really see the fun of them anyway
-Possible to miss the reference and just go 'huh'
-really feel out of place with the rest of the game, inconsistent
-tough to put in words, but feels very gimmicky and "Hey look at me"
-also feels like blatant copying of old games
-creative energy used up in copying something instead of actually being creative
Hopefully this explains my "throwback issue" a bit better.
Also, if my review is unfair then someone will have to make another review to balance it out :P

I gave up reading around world 4. What a silly review. Thanks for the makerscore, I guess.
Perhaps because your levels started around world 4...
Sorry, you walked right into that one :P
Super RMN Bros. 3
Did you cut even a single level hali? Besides mine, that is. (lol I will forever more be known as the only one who had their level cut from RMN3)
author=DavenportOk i was exaggerating a bit. What if there was 1000 monkeys that all knew what Shakespeare is and had books and... I can't say anything that makes sense nvm
Those odds are astronomical.

Still making that review, almost done, just have to finish this world 9 still...
Believe me, I'm sure levels that didn't fit with Talking Time's vision and overall design were thrown out quickly.
Having a game with zero design is like putting 1000 monkeys in a room with typewriters and hoping for Shakespeare.

It's not so much that the level is hard, just long and grueling and if you die at that boss (which IS very hard) you have to do it over and over .....
At least I made it to world 9 but man do I need a break.
World 8 did have a few good levels though.
Review spoilers: top 3 levels in world 8:
1) Coffee and Donuts 2
2) Splinter Bay
3) Mr. L
