Music is not there for the character to hear, but for the player to know the character's mental and emotional state. But unlike with the pain and the physical effort of game characters, experiencing their internal thoughts and feelings by the player is often the intended result. That's the immersion.

I just stumbled upon an unencrypted demo of this and it was REALLY good. The mapping is excellent and they have great taste in music as well. Unfortunately the demo was super short, there was an intro, one (tiny) forest area, a town, and two other larger areas that were empty. But all the areas were very nice to look at. This page is clearly not getting any updates anymore but I will still subscribe on the off chance that it still exists. It's that good.
Do you still have it? I used to have a backup drive of all RPG Maker games back then and Adela is one of them I had lost o)-<

Well, not to be a jerk, but the reason that I gave up and cancelled it isbecause Archeiah_Nessiah never finished the CMS she promised me LIKE 10 YEARS AGO and I cried myself to sleep because she's WAY too busy to do it nownah, it's kind of that I am sort of like a grownup now, and have responsibilities, and stuff, and can't afford to spend tens of hours working on something I am not being paid for like I could when I was a kid.

[RM2K3] Rpg Maker Maniacs Patch (for official version)

Hey, so I recently came across this as the developers of RPG Maker 2003 on Steam clearly show no interest in keeping regular updated patches and make up an excuse when a person requests a feature that may be good for it.
Rm2k3 source code no longer exists and KADOKAWA does't want to support it as it's meant to be a collection for the fans. So hacky fan patches are your best bet. I think we mentioned this multiple times so I'm not sure why you're calling us out on this.
