Hey, well I'm using RPG Maker VX Ace, I see you made some games, sadly I am not the best giving advice, but if you have any specific doubts, feel free to ask.
I think a good start is to look for gameplay videos and see what "Let's Play" channels think about games in general, browse reviews, learn from people's mistakes and your own, being open to blunt criticism is also good. Frogge has both let's plays and tips.
Then again, I'm not the best giving advice, this is my second game, and the first one doesn't even have a review yet, I am very confident about its result, though.
About my character, she's single, I think including a romantic relationship would be kind of unfitting for the scenario, thanks for your kind words.
