Adding TO MANY cool scripts to you XP / VX / ACE game
There is a difference between not be able to adapt the scripts to your game and bugged scripts because the man I debugged a LOT of scripts and adapt some. So no, that's not entirely your friend's fault. I can assure you that. He just needs to concentrate on what is important in his game and most importantly HOW PLAYER IS GOING TO USE THESE SYSTEM.
I am saying this because a lot of mmropgs and aka the famous Skyrim have a lot of systems that ain't that needed (really) in their game. None told them to throw these away.

That's my persoal taste but if volume 2 is the continuation of volume 1, then please keep both chapters in same game. So players will be able to contiue with what they build/got so far in your game.
Side View Battle in VX Ace?
That will really depend of the battlers you will use.
Some SBs do not work with all type of battlers.
At the moment, they're 3 type of battlers that coders use when coding : base charset, kaduki charset and sprite.
In Galv SBS he use sprite. Symphony can use the 3 type of battler.
So please, becarefull when you choose a SBS ;)
I made a census (sorry for my bad english) a lot of SBS on my blog if you're interested. Yes, the blog is in french but most of the scripts are in english.

Still working on my village Harmel.
Contacted 3 scripters to help me debug my game, so I gave them my game.
What do they do ? Test my game as player telling me they're bugs but they're not fixing them. LOL ?! Yes, I contacted you BECAUSE you agreeded to help me debug my game, MANNNN! I know there're bugs!!!

Shame on me I didn't know that you updated your script!
I've been using it for a while and I like that you added the small windows with the arrows.
Though, it would be nice that a gab window pop up somewhare when you finish to spend the point. The gab window will say : push X to quit.
