Must you pay for RTP games?

...and that includes eternal eden too. Now, I heard that Eternal Eden is a decent game, but graphically, it's straight mix of VX and 2k3 RTP stuff, with little additions made by the creator, such as charasets and a couple buildings, maybe a tree or two... I'm not trying to start shit up against these games, I just think that if you are going to CHARGE MONEY for your games, at least do everything from scratch graphically, stuff like this only denotes lazyness and feelings of rip off... and that's not to say there are rm2k3 RTP stuff in there too... man, at least if I ever go commercial, I will make sure all my shit is from scratch, whether I have to form a team for it...

How would you feel if someone deletes your thread?
this has nothing to do with RMN by the way...
Recently I was in this one community, and I made a topic about asking a question... now, my question was answered, blah blah blah, but now I can't find the topic anywhere... I mean, I don't remember it being concluded, but it's nowhere to be found so far, even when I do my self search for threads I made.
Well, to be honest, I really don't care much to complaint in general, if one of my topics gets deleted in a site, however, I will deffinitely prefer if I'm notified through pm or something, cause I think it's the moral thing to do at least.
So what about you? have you ever had a topic you made completely deleted? if so, share your story, and your views about this whole action.

Have you ever cried for someone?
Well first off all, now that I really decide to write this topic, this does sounds kinda pathetic haha... but either way, let's just get down to it. Well, I actually I'm the type of person that rarely ever cry or get sad. There has been two girls in my lifetime that let's say I have loved or whatever... the first time around It wasn't like the second time, since I was younger and really, relationships as much intense as I thought they were, weren't really a big deal for sad moments to really strike me this bad lol.
The second time I had strong feelings for someone, it was a whole different story... it was something more complicated, in all terms. There were times that I actually ended up crying, for many reasons, not because I was too soft or whatever... I mean, I'm sure that you probably met an specific someone that you get that reflects that whole positive change in you... make you inspired enough to become that someone that you really want to be.
In most cases, loosing someone who had great influence over you, makes you feel uneasy, sad, or whatever the case... while this is in my past completely, I just wonder if anyone of you have gotten into similar situations. Share your views now.

Love for the Tales series
Yeah. Well, I won't deny that at first I really didn't get it when it comes to the Tales of series (tales of phantasia, legendia, abyss, symphonia, etc)... and I kinda can tell why some people don't like them. However, the Tales series can be appreciated if you really observe it in development terms, and even under your gaming points of view. The only thing that I have against the series are that the dialogue in some of the games aren't as great or satisfying, or that's mostly cause some of it is teenager/child style ...
Anyways, I have gotten really impressed at the originality of Tales of Legendia, in overall terms... the music, graphics, even gameplay style, is slightly different... It will be great to see games more original, even if they aren't as appealing to the general public, like that one part in specific. Anyways, after a while of kinda objecting against the series, I now like them, and can learn to love them in the end...
I also am a fan of the sprites from tales of the world, and I, before I could sprite from scratch, I observed them a lot, as they have been of great inspiration to me... so what about you? share your views on the tales series, and please don't flame the series.

French translator request
Hi there, for the next update of my second released project "Soldier's Quest" I have been looking for someone who can translate the game besides English/spanish. It's not much of the story done, but it's easier text shown in general. I have posted the game in french communities and some users have been able to play it, the english version. Now I haven't been able to find anyone around here in real life that actually speak french fluently, and the others who might know the language, are out of my reach.
Well if you are interested, let me know. I will give you a demo so you can play it and check stuff around, on how the story goes, and the dialogue as well. As for translating it, I will provide a written plot/story/dialogue script easy to use in a .rtf format file... you will see a couple of paragraphs and then just write the translation below each text.
This project is for RM2k3. Currently with the dual language from ENG/SPA it has been downloaded 18,656 times already. Some of the french users have asked me for a possible translation in french... this can really help a lot. Really it's not that much to be translated, but it needs to be translated propertly.
This is a non-commercial project I made, so this will be as support, and I will be sure to credit you propertly, as well if you want I can also have links to your website (if you have any). Well hit me up for more details.
