Yep you don't see them in easy mode because players should be put more effort, when they want to beat the game (keep in mind you are on easy on the max level and can rush the game!)
I got this idea of "Pick a higher level of difficulty to beat the game" from Action Doom and Dark Rift 64, where they told you until a point in the game to restart and choose a higher level of difficulty to beat the game. So I thought it was a good trolling-idea.
even Scorpion won't be satisfied when the player picked up easy to beat the game.

If you don't find them (spoilers):one is on the mountain, where you can go on a rope up there.
Another one is in a cave in the forest
the other one with Meat you've already found
In my opionion some secrets shall reward the player ;) Will do this also in the sequel of Frost.

Hey man, thanks for the detailed review and I'm glad you like it! And well done, that you have beaten the game on hard! If you mean the guy with the gasmask, nope it is not Kabal :D
But I see you have spoiled a bit too much in this short game but on the other hand you haven't seen (?) maybe some secrets of the game ;)
And I have thought about a sequel, since it isn't told what will happen next after the final boss. I did also some assets as faces already ;) After enough assets I can work on it!
