Who am I?
(More than a miserable little pile of secrets?)

I go under the profile-name Dark_Metamorphosis here on the RMN forums
(But most people call me Dark).

My real name is Andreas, a friendly guy and geek for life that enjoys everything related to gaming. Games has always been one of my biggest passions, ever since I got my very first console back when I was 7 years old. I have tons, and tons of game-series that have made a really big impact on me and they are too many to be listed. I guess some of you have noticed that Castlevania is one of these series.

More than that I love to hang out with my wonderful friends, things would not be the same without them. Watching movies, or animes is also something that is very close to my heart, music in all Its glory, going to concerts, having a drink or two, and spending time with my best friend; a Golden Retriever with the name of Dogge. I'm pretty bad at introductions but always feel free to send me a PM,

The pile of boxes to the right contains a visually incorrect box.

That's something that I'm aware of :)
Some of these screenshots are a bit outdated, and contains some mapping errors. I'll make sure to put up newly taken screenies of the maps soon.

Do you think that a dirt path would suit the whole village better?, or do you think It's just a problem with the path leading up to the pen?

"Wiola"? It's weird to read in English. Also, you should change font for something less childish, and a bit more visible as this font seems semi-transparent by having so thick letters.

Oh, I havn't thought about that.. I'll see if I can find a better suitable name for her, that will work better with the English language. I want her name to represent some sort of flower, and 'Viol' in Swedish is a type of flower (that's why she's named Wiola).

The font is something that I'm aware off, and It's the same problem for the menus really. I'm trying to find a new font that I like, and that will suit everything well. The next updated version will include a different font, and It's something that I plant to change.

I'm not sure what you mean with 'winding?' Is it the structure of the interior or should I try to find a different 'roof' tile?

I will see what I can do about the stairs. What kind of staircase do you think would fit best according to the rest of the surroundings? The inconsistency in height is indeed a problem, I'll make sure to fix that, along with the bridge there. I will change it so It's just 1-tile wide instead. Thanks for yout inputs about this :)

Umm...A wooden stair in the middle of the forest? There better be building of some sort or change it to a more natural one.


Yeah, this is the outskirts of the forest and one of the main characters is living in this area (Inside a small house). I'll look into the stairs though and see if I could find something that look a bit more natural, thanks for the heads-up!

That's not realy a good thing.
What do you think is lacking when the image is being zoomed in?
I plan to do some changes on the title screen and change the logo of the game as well, since the splash image that I use now doesn't look that good.

I hope the next demo will allow our save files. Great little game! I wish the characters could move faster though.


The new version should allow your older save points later on. I won't make too many drastic changes on the content so your old save files should work to continue on when new content is being released. I plan to release the game in chapters, so I will try and make sure that you can use the old save files to continue on the next chapters.

The movement of the characters have already been changed, and the possibility to dash is now available in most areas (except indoors).

I'm glad you enjoyed the demo :)

ahhh ok there is no city to gpo into for now...just the FOREST of Pluvia. I will gain another level or three and then return and see how the fight goes then. Thanks!


Yeah, I'm sorry. I might have been a bit unclear when saying 'Pluvia', as It was meant as the forest area. I did some changes towards the battle now as well and the soldiers heal spell will heal for a lesser amount now. I would suggest you to be level 5 or 6 when fighting the soldiers, and 5x potions and the 2x Feather of Wonders that you can find in the jail area (Inside Uncharted grounds) should be more than enough to finish them off.

well....now i feel foolish. i went back and north from the save/heal fairy outside the girls house but dont see any path to Pluvia. I even went north back on the other side where the game started and i still dont see a path. What am i doing wrong?


As far as I can see you are not doing anything wrong. If you walked back to the place where the game started, then you are in fact back inside the Forest of Pluvia.
What I meant with being able to get back to Pluvia, you could fight some sliths there (the bee-looking enemies) to get some extra potions. Or you could look around the forest or the uncharted grounds for any items you might have missed (there are plenty of curative items hidden inside the Uncharted grounds).

To proceed further into the game you have to complete the battle with the soldiers, but you could always backtrack to Pluvia if you are low on items and that way have an easier job finishing the battle :)
