No this guide isn't very good. You've managed to write so much and say very little. When you aren't repeating points into tldr oblivion you're usually talking about stuff someone who played an RPG more than once would know about.

So it deletes stuff from your locker if you lose enough maker score? How does that work exactly... if so?

The 3 games you mentioned are not anywhere on the commercial market in likeness. If you played this http://rpgmaker.net/games/881/ you would feel like you could be renting Fallout 3 or w/e. Same with AILA, oh wow another scifi RPG with anime characters, someone stop the fucking press. In general internet journalism, amateur/indie usually get exposure if they contain something that would take out your eyeballs (even if you been playing visual amusements since the 80s). If all your game has is: "game mechanical quality pertaining to the almighty rm2k3 dbs" going for it, then i am sorry it will have to live in a den of obscurity for the rest of its life. ):
