I'm a game designer & artist (pixel & 3D). I'm also trying to get better at programming in C#. I've worked with/work in Rpg maker 2k3 & Ace, Bitsy, Twine, Unreal & Unity.

What are your thoughts on blood and gore in RPG Maker games?
Subtle is better imo. A strategically placed blood splatter is more ominous and interesting than a whole room covered in blood.

Real life for the most part. Though, gammak-wise, I'm involved in two projects. I've put one of them aside fornowa while, as the other is event-based.

I missed rmn- I should have gotten back on sooner! I'm glad everything has been going good here.
I've been busy with school mostly and haven't really had anytime for personal game dev stuff which has been sad :( And I didn't have internet for much of the summer. Though I could have gotten more done if i stopped playing so many video games too... I'm like several years late but I've been obsessed with the first Dishonored game for the last 6 months or so its soooo good.
And... I finished a game! Yay! It's small but its done! I'm just waiting for it to reach the top of the submission queue right now.

There are straight up regular dogs in the Oracle games:
There's normal dogs in Ocarina of Time as well.
I'm hurt & offended that no-one has mentioned Twilight Princess. It's where the most important game mechanic of the decade was added- the ability to hold dogs!

I'm even more of a space-case than normal right now.
I recently learned that if you're trying to fall asleep and you don't after 20 mins you probably aren't going to anytime soon so its best to get up and do something to help shut down your mind. Looking at any sort of digital screen or any type of exercise will wake you up though, its best to read a book.
