Hey, guys. I uploaded a modified (more complete) version of the city.
It's on this blog, I just changed out the video.
I pretty much got rid of the large road in the center and added more NPCs.
Let me know what you think.

Much appreciated, and I absolutely agree with both of you.
In the road, I'm thinking of throwing in a few junk cars, more debris across the road there, maybe people sleeping in said junk cars?
Also, an abundance of city folk. I haven't got it all together yet, but I want this town to be popping.
Then again, I may narrow down the road itself to keep everything close together, maybe transform it into a long alley way.
As for the jumping across rooftops, already in progress! I'm glad the roofs give off that appeal. Through entering one of the buildings, you'll have access to get to the top, and from there, jumping across buildings.
