hell yeah. da:i surprised me so much and i loved it. it's becoming ab it more of a thing lately, at least in the main progression? games have had weird secret rooms with songs for a while at least
da:i like Dragon age inquisition right? Dragon Age Inquisition has a musical number? o.o That sounds awesome! I would love for games to have a musical number be vital to the progressin of the plot. FFX-2 kinda did it and I loved it. FF6 too.

I can't think of any other games that do it off the top of my head unfortunately. ;w;

inquisition does, yeah. not gonna embed it since it's really much better seen without expecting it.

Go for it, Gourd.
All you're doing is assembling a cutscene choreographed to a BGM. It's not hard, but it is time-consuming. Especially if you're having everyone sing-a-long to a 4-5 minute song, and not just timing the archers to shoot at the crescendo.

You should put a musical in a horror game. They'll never expect it.
