I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

There are 12 downloadable games on RMN with the Western tag but it looks like at least half of those are just "western RPGs" in the Bioware/Bethesda sense of the term. Perhaps the category should be renamed from Western to Old West to avoid confusion.
Also one of them is a Wild Guns clone where you play as a black-furred Pikachu in a trenchcoat and sunglasses, wielding a pair of Smith & Wessons to gun down Meowths outside a saloon. That one is my fault. Sorry.

I have an unfinished old west game that isn't tagged as such. I agree there should be more and someday I would like to finish one. I'm a big fan of old west movies.

Cap_H's chain game was totally in the form of Western and this thread kinda makes me wanna continue it. But I have way too much on me plate sadly.
I kind of plan to revive it later this year. I wanted to do custom tileset for it and keep it 100% western (So, no time traveling villains). I should find it and play it to see what i like about it now.
