Hello all, my real name is Jeromy. I'm a video game fan in general, but the way that RPG's make you feel sucked in to an alternate world easily make it my favorite genre (given that the story don't suck.) Aside from that I'm a father and a husband and I work my butt of to take care of my family. I love gaming, but family will always come before anything.
My favorite game... wow, that's a tough one. I'll just list a handful that I really enjoyed in no particular order. Only a handful though, there isn't enough space to list them all.

Yeah, I'm quite confused myself. Sure we're a bunch nut balls that don't always get along, but I see us as a very welcoming community. I was thrown off by Rattys feelings. I respect his choice, but I don't understand it. None the less, do what you got to do my friend.

Lol from what I see on their forums we are the very opposite of their rules, which by the way I love that. People can call us what they want but I absolutely enjoy the diversity of people we have here.

author=Link_21121.5 DO NOT discuss religion, politics or nationalism (nationalism is defined as discussions about why one country/nation is better than others or why a country/nation is bad) outside the scope of game development.Sounds like heaven to me.
Talking about those can be tricky. Though if people can act like adults conversations can be done, but I guess I need to keep in mind today's generation lol.

I agree that some form of order of chaos is needed, but damn. I stumbled across the official RPG Maker forum and they have a large set of rules. Some of which I agree with, but man it seems almost like virtual prison (maybe that's a little bit of an exaggeration.) Is it just me, or do some of those rules need toned down or taken off? It should probably be the other way around but as I got older I got increasingly impatient with games. If they include grinding for more than a very small percentage of the time, I just can't stand them. What's really weird is that I still enjoy games like DotA...
Then I think its safe to say you don't like the Disgea series. Grinding is their thing.

Oh, the menu isnt for those graphics. I don't have a retro system skin yet. Can someone point me in the right direction? I've been trying to make one, but It isn't coming out right.

So it looks like I'll be doing Let's Tests for Frostbite Island by Jparker1984 & Colorful Playground by Frogge next.
Since there's no feedback for my previous levels, I'm focusing all my time on my last level The Yoshi Relay Race. It'll take about a week to complete & I will be uploading Let's Tests for it to show how it looks & plays out. It's also catered for 2 player play, but I have to say, the split screen heavily reduces your field of vision (i.e. its a horrible way to play SMBX!)
You're feeback from the first let's test was really helpful and I thank you for that.
