The way his hair sticks out to the side on the top but not on the other parts kind of makes his head look a little flat on top.

Otherwise, looks good. :>

My first suggestion would be clean up the shadow along the jaw, with it though rough looking it almost looks like stubble. Second thing would be the eyes, the eyelid looks like it is closed a little, and the gap of white between the pupil and the lower eyelid looks kinda like shes stoned.

Keep working and you'll get better though, tablets can be pretty hard to use at first. :>

I would tone down the text outline, it's pretty strong and makes the text look jagged.
