I'm into fluff and BL usually with a heavy dose of sports.

Watch out for my project... mmm... I'll probably release after a decade or so...

Progress is really slooooow.

What are you thinking about right now?

That should probably be in a link or a hide tag.

Not that I have any idea why you posted it.
I Googled "Onara Gourou" and that's what popped up. Anime's fucking weird, man, and no one can convince me otherwise.

Also wow, googled is a valid term now according to spellcheck. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll ponder over this and cuddle my cat.

Night night.
Lol I spent my weekend checking out new anime this season (there some good ones showing it was a well worth venture), and then I stumbled on Onara Gorou amongst them.

It is one of the weirdest animes I've seen and it was surprisingly educational about farts. The creator has made weird ones as well, if you're up for it you can check out Mr. Ando of the Forest, its not as weird as Onara Gorou though, but you might get weirded out by the fact his drawing style and also that he voiced all the characters. Let's just say Onara Gorou is an unforgettable anime, a one-of-its-kind that you cannot unsee after watching.

Anyway, animes I'm keeping tabs on this season would be Cheer Danshi, Battery, and Dayz. I'm a sucker for sports anime.

What are you thinking about right now?

Onara Gourou, that is all.

[RMVX ACE] Fourth Wall?

I remember doing something similar with a map-based title screen script (I forgot the script name though) way back with the VX engine. Where I had one character parading around the title screen and then more characters would pop up depending how far you are on your saved game.

When a new character joins the party, you add to a certain variable, which can be
recognized outside the save game. With the right script/s, I think its possible in VX Ace as well.

Some updates for you guys!

I found the font thin and hard to read at first, but I think its because of the windowskin background is way too busy with effects, and the transparency of the windowskin makes it even harder.

For the map, I think my only comment would be that the streetlamps should be adjusted near the road instead of the buildings, and possibly add more plantboxes near the fences and/or trees along the middle of the sidewalks. Otherwise it looks good.

I agree adding moving cars and night animals like birds and cats would make the map lively.

I like the bgs, it's very arousing lol.

Whatchu Workin' On? Tell us!

I think what I like most about this is the small size haha, it feels very personal.

Thanks, I've always had a problem working around with large sized maps and sprites, the smaller and compact ones worked well with me so far though. I drew inspiration from Earthbound, Pokemon, and Kairosft games.

Super Coolgame! Just Kidding!

The art is cute, especially those monsters. It looks like a fun game, am interested to see where this goes.

Thanks glad you like them! :)

Whatchu Workin' On? Tell us!

I've been making custom tilesets and sprites for my current project. Since I've never been much for pixelart, I tried to keep the style simple for easy editing, I'm fairly happy with the results since it gives off a light-hearted theme I was aiming for.

Meet the new kid...

This made me giggle.
