Tora found this limited edition game, it's kinda weird

As the guy who wrote 95% of the text in the game(and did the drawings of the girls that craze plastered those amazing mspaint expressions over), I'm glad some people enjoyed it(uh, hopefully)!

For the curious, the script for this game actually goes on for a fair ways longer than where we ended and is in fact finished. We didn't start working until about two days into the contest, as we were a bit wishy-washy at first, which was probably our undoing. It ideally would have had color portraits with actual expressions, two more dungeon and an actual resolution to the developer's story.

We do intend to finish it for real when Craze comes back from his summer job thing, which will unfortunately be awhile but what're ya going to do. I had thought of doing it by myself but... *shrug*

Bonus unfinished drawing that we were gonna plop at the ending of the game, of them outside of the game enjoying the pizza that never actually arrived during the current available version:

A Blurred Line (Remake)

Please don't do this.

Dragons' Descendants

Katsu was one of the characters I used to beat a much stronger version of the last boss. His states are useful and are most effective when used in a cycled rotation. Mountain Frost is a party-wide damage increase since it means characters will NEVER MISS while it's in effect. Astral Warfare is one of the few skills that scales off a defensive stat, and building him as a tanky magic defense mage will allow it to do 200+ per use.

The best party members for Katsu are: Akane, Etsuo and Jirou, in that order. Mountain Frost and Crumbling Walls increase Akane's damage output substantially, while Akane's numerous debuffs increase the damage Katsu does. Jirou and Etsuo also benefit from the EVA reduction and Katsu really likes Etsuo's TP generation.

Faith's pretty simple. Her MP pool is effectively an offensive stat since her damage scales linearly off having less of it. She's probably best against random encounters since her AoE damage is high and cheap. In boss fights her best options are her poison spell and Witherwind spam. She suffers from lack of synergy with other party members in these fights and helps no one else, so you might be better off just using her for clearing trash for money.

If you just want straight damage output on a mage, however, just go for Camelia with Ikebana and Danger Zone. She probably ties with Akane for highest damage, and she has lots of other toys for her to use.

Dragons' Descendants

retreat is your friend. success is like 100%.

also foxes murder face, so be wary of those.

Wine & Roses

Pretty much every difficult involved spamming the hell out of sleep, for me. And sometimes (in multi-target fights) confusion.

It's worth noting I beat those three witches and Angelis trio way before I was supposed to because of those.

Be glad they are clothed, especially after I read the final release blog! =p

Star Stealing Prince

I liked this game. It comes with its share of issues and I thought some bits related to the storytelling could be improved, but it had a lot of heart and the characters were pretty likeable.

So, having a pretty small idea of what Astra's outfit is and no idea what the heck Relenia is supposed to be wearing, I drew fanart!

Thanks for the fun game.
