I'm a Catboy Dark Fantasy Poet, nyaa~

The kind of stories I write resemble Sword and Sorcery and New Wave SF blended with JRPG and Anime narrative conventions. I write SF/F poetry in free verse and blank verse.

While I occasionally experiment with poetic forms, most of my narrative poetry is written in free verse. I'm more of a science fiction narrative poet who occasionally borrows techniques from lyrical and dramatic poetry for my dark fantasy stories. Sometimes I write in couplets, and some of my poems are more lyrical in their construction than my more conventional science fantasy free verse narrative poems. Earlier narrative poems are written in free verse but eventually I assume blank verse as an additional narrative meter.

My more lyrical poems typically feature rhyme schemes and more formal meters. Sometimes I write narrative and lyrical verse in Heroics Couplets.

Sometimes I write in an assortment of various rhyme schemes and other narrative poetic forms, while some of my poems are written in blank verse rather than free verse.

I write in Free Verse and Blank Verse interchangeably, however all my earlier poems are Free Verse, and sometimes I write lyrical poems, which typically feature rhyme schemes.

Sometimes I attempt dramatic poems which are written like scripts, however they usually feature some kind of meter or couplets and other rhyme schemes in dialogue. My more experimental and story driven dramatic poems are mostly written in free verse.

My staple single canto are sonnets and haiku, however I sometimes experiment with other more exotic and complex poetic forms for an array of various literary occasions.

I call this Poetry Collection: Demon Star. It's a Heroic Fantasy setting which takes place on the planet Gaea set within the Algol Solar System. It's predominately Greek and Indian in terms of its mythological worldview, and in terms of its historical context it chiefly borrows its cultural and literary heritage from the Greco Roman World of classical antiquity.

The main continent on the planet Gaea where the majority of my narrative poems occur is named Amazonia, and the second largest continent is Daemonland, and there are five continents on the planet Gaea all together, in addition to a very large archipelago which is a kind of sixth continent. The other continents are Witchland, Thrace and Aumbro.

The Sixth Continent is called the Jade Islands, and there are seventeen Isles in total.

Description:
The male Catfolk is small in stature and possesses a rather compact and toned acrobatic physique. His long curly auburn hair falls voluminously beneath his broad, athletic shoulders. He possesses large and luminous almond shaped green eyes with catlike irises, which, in turn, are set within the parameters of his sleek and angular feline face, with a dainty jutting nose and thin lips. His feline ears are rather long and sleek, and possess twirling stylized curls at their fringes, and his form is layered with a rich and heavily groomed coat of red and bright pink fur on his forearms, forelegs, chest and pelvis, which glints aesthetically in the phosphorescence of light. A pair of digitigrade legs with rippling musculature propels and maneuvers him wherever he needs to go with the alacrity of a graceful hunter. His hips are wide and very rotund, and his legs are large and supple, and he possesses an hourglass torso, in addition to a lithely toned pair of fairly strong and very dexterous arms, the kind you might expect from circus performers and acrobats. The male feline possesses a long and slender tail with curly auburn fur, the kind characterized and strongly resembling the hair on his head and the fur of his coat, which swishes and sways around him with momentous grace. He has voluminous and curly auburn hair, which falls beneath his shoulders in thick curls. He has large green-hazel aquamarine, almond shaped eyes with pronounced cat-like irises. He has curly auburn fur with pink highlights on his forearms and forelegs which is very well groomed, and his tail has an elaborately styled tuft at the end which is heavily stylized. The feminine catfolk wears a lot of golden jewelry, especially around his wrists and ankles, in addition to some hairpins and pearl beaded necklaces. He usually wears a long rectangular draping dark red loincloth which exposes the edges of his perky bubbly olive skinned buttocks, and a bright pink tanktop half open at the front, exposing his lithely muscled arms and the catboy's feminine tummy. He wears purple eyeliner and blue stripes of woad on his cheek in a manner suggestive of the whiskers of large predatory cats.
