I won't dare to claim to make an awesome comeback for when I do get my new 'puter, but, I will undoubtedly be gone (lurking, at best) until I feel comfortable with whatever setup I end up with. My hope is that it won't actually take that long, but, as we all know, the Event is a pack hunter, and has been widely known to spring upon many an unwitting prey!

I'm curious: what setup did you have originally? Good luck with your computer hunting. I'm thinking about starting my own search, seeing as I've had mine since 2012 and I'm afraid it'll fry itself eventually.

This setup runs Windows 7 (I am not getting Windows 10), with 4 GB RAM, and an Intel video card. I can run Wasteland 2 and/or Might and Magic X - Legacy on this machine, but, it's painfully slow at times. Though, looking at how long I've had it (almost six years!?), it's pretty surprising it's worked so well for so long.
