Sometimes it comes and goes. Take a break, work on something else, then come back and do something you enjoyed in the program - whether it be mapping or databasing.
Sometimes all it takes is playing a great game to get the desire back too. It happens, though. No need to fee guilty about it. ^.^
But you're one of the most prolific developers on this site, so I doubt it's cause for concern. Tbh it's pretty easy to feel burnout if you devote all your energy to one endeavor.
I always absorb inspiration when I watch my brother play an RPG. he doesn't work with any of the rpgmaker engines so he's always curious what i'm up to and I don't play much new or even older RPGs but he does.
