I've finished the first three heist of the game so far and am in the midst of tackling the next set of heists. The game has been quite fun so far, I really like the fact that one can approach a heist in a multitude of ways.

ADDITION: I've gotten ending C however I find myself completely clueless on how to proceed to any other endings. I have an idea of what to do but it's impossible so I must be missing something.
Yes you're right, one of the key is in there. The other endings will require you to unlock the door with 3 padlocks.

I have the empty shotgun but I can find any shell?

the room with 3 ghosts (down from the room with 3 octagrams)

Yes,
the easiest way will be using the shotgun on her so she won't get you. You can still move around her, get the item and exit though.

You can
use the shotgun on the plague doctor and he will drop a key to a ward at the second floor right wing. You will discover the combination inside the ward.

Now I've made it to the sanitarium and am stuck in the room with chairs. The note mentions number of chairs (which is 16 btw) but the code for the box is a 6 digit number and 16 is incorrect. some of the chairs are facing different directions.
There are 6 tables in the room, each table has different number of chairs, that should give you a hint for the code... the directions of the chair are irrelevant.

On the other hand, I have no idea how to proceed further after entering the room with many mannequins. The object I need to grab is in the small section of the said room but the floor is now cracked and I can't get to it. Also, I cannot enter the library because of the ghost and there's no octagram in front of it to place a doll onto.
You have to look for a wooden plank and place it on the cracked floor. As for the library's octagram, it's in another room near the library. Thanks for playing and good luck!
