Those things are pretty legit. My mom got a yoshiblade brand knife from Bottom Dollar today and I tested it.

I tested it on my finger... pressed my finger into it and got a thin, deep cut. The metal kitchen knives I have couldn't do that (if a knife can't injure you, it's not worth the metal it's stamped from.)

Now, the metal knives have tons of advantages, though. They're more durable, they remain at a certain level of sharpness longer, and you can keep them for a long time.


What I want to know is this: Who owns ceramic knives and do you like them at all? I haven't tested it out on anything other than my own flesh and I want to know if it's a good investment overall.
