Steam summer sale is on, what have you bought?
Feel free to judge my shit taste in games.
Also everyone who's serious about pixel art should get Aseprite. It's such a stonking great software for pixel art.
I spent $25 bux for these gams. Pretty good imo. The most expensive one being Aseprite which is the only non-game.

I've heard good things about Serious Sam 3 but I haven't played it myself despite owning the 360 version for several years now. Gurumin's okay from what I played, but I didn't pick it back up.
I didn't get too much in the sale this year, since most of the game budget went towards Breath of the Wild and a few other physical games. Mostly I just ended up buying some poverty games for even more poverty price, but Pharaoh Rebirth has been pretty good so far.
The better deal I got was an earlier sale where I got The Talos Principle Gold Edition for, like, $12, which is ~$80 off the usual price. I'll be surprised if my computer can actually run it, though.

I haven't gone as crazy as you, but I did buy the Fallout Collection (Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel).
I've already got about 130 something games in my Steam library. I've noticed with this sale that I can't really think of anything I really want, and except for Fallout, the prices aren't convincing me.

Too lazy to screenshot.
I just bought the Vanishing of Ethan Carter, What Remains of Edith Finch, and Phantasy Star IV. P. sure this holds up my status as a filthy casual and the cancer that's destroying gaming.
Also everyone should play PS4 it is the best.

I haven't bought anything. My game backlog is so big it rivals a redwood
pfft like that stops the rest of us!
I added to my backlog already during a playstation store sale where I got Yakuza Zero so I didn't need to add to it further with this sale. (plus already playing Nier Automata, Link Breath of the Wild, and FF14 Stormblood so )

Okay, so last night, I saw Portal for 0.99 and Portal 2 for 1.99, and decided not to pass that up.
First ever Fallout I ever played was New Vegas. I bought Fallout 3: Game of the Year edition for PS3 based entirely on how much I liked New Vegas, and I just haven't been able to get into it.
author=turkeyDawgYeah from the ones i got i won't be able to run shadow of mordor because it weighs 40GB and i only have 30 left. I'll keep it though because it only cost me a cup of coffee, i'll play it once i buy a new pc.

author=FlyingJesterwhy, what is the advantage of gog?
I'm mostly disappointed you got Fallout 3 on Steam and not GOG.
author=pianotmThat's a shame, actually. FO3 is great and I always teeter between NV and FO3 as which is my favorite for the console games.

Anyways, I feel it's better to go from 3 to NV, though it doesn't matter too much besides you can really appreciate what NV gives over 3.
I played New Vegas before i had bought 3 because... Actually I don't remember, i just noticed one day that i had new vegas and all it'd DLC and i found it to be such a fucking great game that i didn't doubt my purchase of FO3 one bit. I'm sure i'll enjoy it as much as New Vegas because it's made in the same engine.
You will! It's amazing in its own right. Two of the games I've gotten the absolute most fun and replayability out of hands down.

no DRM
though, I think GOG has a thing where you can link it to your Steam library, so if you own something on Steam, you might be able to DL a DRM-free copy from GOG?
How does fallout 3's status as DRM-free or not affect the playability of the game?
I mean, if it's about having to have steam open to play it, i don't personally mind that. Maybe i have the wrong mindset.

For just playing Fallout 3 it probably doesn't mean much. DRM-free for people generally ranges from "sometimes Steam is inconvenient" to being a more ideological consumer rights thing.
Aseprite is a good choice, but I'm buying it on hb becuz i prefer drm free software, it's often pain to have steam dependent Ace.
I'm playing Stephen's sausage roll and it's a blast.

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

I still haven't played Portal 2, Bioshock 2, Hyperdimension Neptunia Rebirth 1 and 2, Agarest Zero, Fairy Fencer F, Mass Effect 2, Sweet Lily Dreams, Grotesque Tactics: Evil Heroes, Lord of the Rings: War in the North, or Salt and Sanctuary, which I bought during previous Steam summer/winter sales. Some as long as five years ago.
Grotesque tactics crashes a lot and its bugged up the arse
