[RM2K3] How to get event do swing open door?
Hey there; I've recently come back to this and theres still an issue. I have the door swing opening fine, but the player does not walk down. I'm using a default door. The code is exactly as you've put it. What is happening?

[RM2K3] How to make a picture scroll with a map?
I've got an issue with the show picture command currently. I've gotten a picture of text to appear on the screen, and set it to scroll with the map, however whenever 50% of it goes off screen it jumps back to the centre. I want this text/image to follow the scroll all the way off map and out of sight. Any ideas?

Hi,
I've gotten to the point where I'm placing my first encounter, and I need to get an NPC to see the hero 5 spaces away. I've used Get Player Location however there doesn't seem to be a way to define what happens afterwards, how many spaces away, etc.
How would I go about getting this NPC to see my player at a certain distance?
