When the extra cops show up in the second video, the party get fully healed but then they never lose hit points then.
That is because I forgot to scrip it to turn OFF the switch which causes the event to happen.FIXED NOW :)

This is a huge improvement over some of your older stuff. It looks like you figured out how to use colors in a more readable way. It actually looks really good and I'm pretty impressed.

The maps remind me of those side-scrolling beat-em-up games for the SNES and Sega Genesis. Are there going to be different side paths you can take or is it just going to be one straight path?

@Liberty: You can't possibly be this bad at spacial perception. A wall tile is 100% taken up by wall; it's 4 feet tall and takes up 0x0 feet of ground space. A ground tile is 100% taken up by ground; it's 0 feet tall and takes up 4x4 feet of ground space. A stairs tile is taken a row of wall, then a row of ground, then another row of wall, alternating. It's 50% wall and 50% ground. It's 2 feet tall and takes up 2x4 feet of ground space. Half as much ground as a ground tile and half as much wall as a wall tile.

Previous screenshots you've shown us have looked like torrid messes and it was hard to make anything out. But this... this is coherent. It's actually starting to look like a classic jRPG in the making, albeit with some wonky ass themes at work.
