I don't know why we allow disgusting creepers and overall shitty people to have more than an hour to thrive on this board.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

There's being a weirdo and there is being a disgusting fuck. The former can be excused while the latter is guaranteed to make people feel uncomfortable knowing that the person exists. Like, I hope you are aware there actually are people who wouldn't dare venture onto these forums precisely due to the fact that these toxic people exist.

Oh yeah, because expecting an individual to act in a tactful manner and criticizing them when they threaten the community's environment is "bullying." I'm sure Max Mcgee also thought he was "bullied" when we lashed out at him for spewing his misogynistic, homo/transphobic vitriol. This self-victimization is always the best card to pull for these people.

I'd rather not arbitrarily call someone else a shitty person just to make a point, so what I did was actually the better way of doing it. But hey, since you think Max is such a shitty person*, I guess we can look at his contributions to the community instead.
*Disclaimer: Although I disagree with Max's opinion on certain things, I don't think they're a shitty person.

For the record, pretty sure we're not talking about Max in this topic, but that he's being dragged in as 'supplemental' material. There are other people whose first posts on the site seemed to be pretty damning but who actually got their acts together after being talked to and are now productive members, but no, let's all dump on a new guy who literally just joined up two days earlier. Good job being inclusive and tolerant there, guys.
I mean, people get a chance to redeem themselves from their first impressions - it's about treating people equal. Someone makes a mistake, they get talked to about it and where they go from there is up to them. If they continue causing issues, they'll get banned, but if they actually don't do that then good! They're members and more than welcome to stay.
Get over it, because it's been dealt with already, even if YOU weren't a party to see what happened behind the scenes.
Also, Max isn't a shitty person. I've actually had some quite great conversations with him in the past. He's just a person who has ideals that I (and many others on the site) don't personally agree with and his way of posting is definitely very in your face and confrontational, but he's just as much a shitty person as anyone else who is in-your-face demanding about stuff and not letting shit go.

I like variety in my forums, too! We do that by purging the shitlords who go out of their way to make certain groups of people feel uncomfortable about posting here. Take off the blindfold; we actually don't have as much variety as you think.
Why would people feel uncomfortable about posting here because one user likes slave porn? They should be much more afraid of posting from people that attack them for having different ideas.
