Walking will give you much more precision while aiming. Especially good for sneaking behind enemies.
(No seriously I'd die playtesting if there wasn't a Walk option :V)
E: Though if you REALLY want to, I can make the player unable to walk >:D
and as a side note if you want to be really fast, Movement Responsivenes should be low.
