Where the heck do I get the tomatoes?
Need fur coat for the old man.
Need axe to continue in forest.
Figuring they are all a string of events where one thing will get you the next.
Animal in the woods only out at night but it's always daytime?
Anyway, the fur coat is more of a side quest, not completely vital to the plot. The tomatoes are in the one of the stores...

I like the setting. It reminds me of Twin Peaks. Mysterious happenings in remote settlement in middle of forests. Only lacks Elven Badalamenti.

Thanks! Yeah, I have some definite plans in the works.
Yup! It was a little outside of my usual style, but not such a stretch. Any new game I do will definitely have more custom portraits, I just didn't have time to do any more than the main 2 with this game.

It was super tough with the clues, since what makes sense to me is totally nonsensical for some people.
Yeah, I was planning on the chimera boss being a little bit of a grind since he's a side quest. You need Fire II, I do believe, to be able to kill him, otherwise he just laughs at you.

First off, Ha! Love the Quest for Glory reference in the title, thumbs up for that!
Second, thank you so much for playing my game and taking the time to leave a review, I definitely appreciate it.
Most of the negative points you mention were indeed due to time constraints - especially the music! I had some pretty neat music queued up, but figured I would play it safe with RTP since I knew I had complete rights to use that.
I like my lame bad guys, haha!
And you DEFINITELY hit the nail on the head with your interpretation of events before the game. This case is very early in her career.
I definitely learned a lot during the making of this one, and I'm excited to do it again but bigger - and better!

Hey! Awesome review and I'm so happy you liked the game. I'm definitely planning on adding a journal system in the future. I may leave this game as is, however, since it's kind of a prequel for future events.
Do you know if you can edit a download without removing all the cool things connected to it, such as reviews like these?
