Hmm, Choco Meteor isn't a learnable spell. Was it mentioned somewhere that it was? If so, I can correct that.

Check the backs of statues in the room with a bunch of them on the left side of the floor. There's a hint on a note pinned to the wall near the room.

Are you playing a recent version of the game? That issue was patched a long time ago. Try getting the latest update and seeing if that fixes the problem, I believe I added a fix that would unstuck people as well.

If I changed Magicite in that way I would want to significantly reduce the stat increases that it gives. At least how it is now you have to make a conscious choice to overpower a character. Having that level of stat gains just equippable would be even more game breaking than it already is imo.

The next destination is that castle then if you have the airship and haven't done anything else story related. The last part happens later in the story.
