S_MAN'S PROFILE

I am trying to Submit my actual Game file to the website. I have tried multiple times to send it as a ZIP file directly as an Upload but I get a Website Error. Then I thought it might be my file size which is 52MB -- so I tried to simply submit a URL. Either way that I tried -- I always get this error.

Is there some "permission" or steps that I need to do before I can successfully upload my Game Files?
