[RM2K] Basic door and stair events.

Hey guys!

I'd be glad if someone around here could help me out with a few questions. I'm new to rpg making, therefore I might be having some basic difficulties. I watched alot guides and forums, but still, I ended up here. My first problem is with doors. The idea is, when you open a door for example in a town, and you enter the house, the door remains in it's original state when you exit the house. (I guess there should be a cycle or loop event, but I'm not sure.)
My second problem is hero facing after teleporting. I tried rm2k3, where I could set hero facing after teleporting, but in 2000, there is no such option. I tried using move event, but it's guite ugly, when my hero turn the other way on the stairs.
My third problem is the delay on tinting. Is there any way, when you enter for example a cave, it's just dark, and you don't see the fade?
