[RMVX ACE] [SCRIPTING] Animated Particles for Title Screen
Hello everyone! I hope this is the right place to ask about this.
Some base Ínfo:
1) I use VX Ace
2) I am using two scripts that affect my title screen: One that changes the position of the Choices Window and one that adds game options. (I am not sure if this is of any importance but I thought I should mention it.)
For my newest project, I wanted to add an animated title screen - nothing too fancy, I just want particles floating on top of the background (like fireflies).
I edited a video to show an approximation of what I mean:
My theory is that this could maybe be achieved by making the Title2 graphic move?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to RMN my fellow horror gam mak fan! I also like the aforementioned games and they are my main inspiration to complete my current horror project. I hope that you can finish your game and that you have fun while doing so! I'm gonna make sure to check it out once it's completed

Skript - Don't know how to change fog speed
author=OldPatI'm sorry, I already deleted the changes I made again, so that the game would work again. It's okay.^^
You could try doing what Kyoui suggested.
Or try again with the sx=1 and sy=1 thing, but in the preset and see if it works (since, so far, you've used preset 2, in which both sx and sy are set to -2).
Simply, find the @sx and @sy in, say, preset 1:
And set sx and sy equal to 1. Also in the @name part of the script make sure to insert the name of the fog you're gonna use.
After all that is done, go to the event editor and add $fog.load_preset(1).
If it's still not slow enough, try Kyoui's method.
It worked, thank you so so much!

Hey, another fellow German RPG Maker. Willkommen auf RMN, Soul!
I'm indeed one of those people who doesn't enjoy horror games, but there are many, many people here who do. So as long as it's clear you really put effort into your work, I doubt you'll have trouble finding an audience. So best of luck with your project!
If you ever feel like you need help, want to ask questions, or are just in the mood to talk to some fellow nerds, don't be afraid to post lots. Usually, people here are happy to try and help.
Besides, you seem to take criticism well, you like Sherlock, and you like puns, so personally I'm already pretty confident you must be a nice person. Have a good time, and see you around!
Danke dir, NeverSilent!
Thank you, I really am putting all my love and effort into this project. And I think that will show (at least I hope so).'
I'll try not to be intimidated.
Haha aaawwww thank you!
This post was so nice, it cheered me up a lot!

Can you screenshot or perhaps copy-paste here the modifications you made?
I'm sorry, I already deleted the changes I made again, so that the game would work again.
If this doesn't get resolved, it's okay. The fog speed isn't THAT important.

We won't get angry, ask away! Everyone started the same. :)
