All you have to do is put
<Rarity: rarity> (replace rarity with Common, Uncommon, or whatever's defined in the script)
in the item's note box to change the colors. It pretty much spells it out on lines 13-17

Really hating that, somehow, there are no such things as pews in the RTP tilesets. How the hell am I supposed to church?

Lower the drop rates for the items, I suppose, or give it out in very specific conditions. Basically, how much you decide to give out will decide the rarity in a sense

The interesting thing is I don't need to pay taxes of games? I don't know if it's because I'm in Taiwan, but the purchase price of 14.99 for Ys didn't add any tax, so now I have 5.01 left.
I don't think Steam requires tax unless you live in a few specific areas (like the DC area here in the US or something)
But yeah, paypal's real touchy about stuff that goes on in its system
