Sounds a little confusing, you have alot of decent ideas there but to create a 'decent' game of that level on your own would take forever. I think you should scale it down a bit, forget the custom creation of islands thing, players who want to create their own islands will download a game/rpg maker themselves. Rather than make players able to create their own lands, why not make a very large area containing multiple islands but to unlock certain parts you need to find out how to enter them through Rumors or like you said, certain times of day. Whenever I enter a new area on a game like that, I get excited about what I'll find and who im gonna meet there, by making my own areas the excitement is gone, the only reason I would make my own games is not for me to play, but for others to play and feel that same excitement, thats what you should be aiming to achieve.

I like the fact that theres no beginning, middle or end, just endless play where your able to go and do what you want. The screens look amazing too. Nice work! From what I've seen here I'll give it a 9/10.

Sounds interesting, I cant wait to see some screens once its near completion.
