Chrono Trigger: Prelude to a Dream

Isn't this basically the same as that rom hack version?

You obviously must be new to the whole "RPG" genre if you think it's too fucking long.
I see the community still hasn't gotten past this "NEVER CRITICIZE FOREVER'S END" thing. Disappointing.

RPGs can be too long. I've played FE ages ago and can confirm that the pacing is junk, the game is boring and yes, too long for what little it is.

Saying the plot is boring and never really expanding on why it is, is just a cop out for "I have a small attention span" generally speaking.

As i doubt ill ever feel like continuing this game i just give up and give thoughts now

Random thoughts

the font-one of the main reasons i avoid the 2000 and 2003 engine o.o

i love how it just auto equips the best gear for your 2 helpers :3
and how skills just go to a certain character rather then picking myself.
just wish there was no stat up items. at the very least i hope theres no store that sells them

:O missed scanning the golem :O and theres only one!? dam!

noticed theres actually not a cell door to you right lol...when you look out there

for being a prisoner its nice to keep your gear! high class treatment!

how in the hell was the throne room key in the study room and the throne and study room locked!?

emilys strongest ice spell should be Aoe :(

hmm...why cant...you walk by the girl crying about a neckless? she is just a memory! less then a ghost even!

the interface in battle is too far to the left cannot see the 1st characters limit bar

honestly his game was boring. if only it were much shorter id finish it. but its just not worth continuing.
i made it to the part where
you got out of the hunting grounds and go disguise your self to enter some city

Recommended to people who just want something to waste alot of time.

Only suggestion I have is to tweak the character battle sprites to be as detailed, or close to as detailed as the background and monsters. This way it won't look as colorful mainly because it stands out so much compared to the sprites.
I think you missed the memo, but there'll be custom animated sprites for party in the game; FFIV:TCC sprites are just placeholders from what I know.

Doesn't change my point. Hopefully they will be as detailed as the rest of the battle HUD.

Well I mean can they save anywhere, for example, off the world map? Like in a cave, in a village other than just using the world map or save point locations?

I can't recall if you have the normal save point + world map = save anywhere function, but if that is the case, can I offer up a suggestion that would also help keep people from stock piling gold all the time? Portable saves.

A crystal item that you can use anywhere that allows you to open up and use the save/load menu without the need to reset the game to load, and without the need to find a save point in order to save where you are.

Born Under the Rain

LockeZ, you all should plan to make that game longer or something, eventually. Like that part of the gameplay eventually being just the introduction. That game was one of the most fun games I've played in a long time and it sucks it had to be so short.

Also it was scorpions, glacier.

The Cell Games

Nah, the name is based off of a parody/controversial humor page and group called Cell on Facebook that the original members of the Cell Games started from.

The Cell Games

So there's this Facebook game my friends started up called "The Cell Games" in which uses a Hunger Games styled simulator, where you give them your name and they input it into the simulation. They keep doing this until they get 24 members that will be facing off against each other in the Simulation.

What makes it great, however, is the comments in the group upon each round. They interact with each other between each round's results. It's fucking hilarious.

I want you all to join it. Also while it's a game it doesn't really fit into Video Game. Hope you all don't mind that I placed it into here.
