Literally not even minute after releasing my game's store, someone adds me on Steam and asks if they can make let's play of it

The moment my game went live on Steam I got all sorts of automated friend requests and sketchy emails asking for keys.

Didn't get anyone legit until a few days later.

The thing is, she didn't ask for key. Just asked if she can make a video. Which makes me think it's legit, especially since it's fairly small channel.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Never heard of anyone asking permission before. That's extraordinarily polite.

Whenever I add a new video on Youtube, seconds later I always get a comment from some dime a dozen 'music' channel saying my 'content is awesome' and telling me they have free music to use on their channel.

I have no idea what these spammers get out of this, but screw them anyway.

EDIT: My thought on the message you received, Tuomo, is that any response will either get "If I could only get a Steam Key, I'm just getting off the ground... It will help promote your game" or "Well, for a nominal fee I can do a LP of your game that will guarantee xxx people looking at your game"

No, they didn't ask for anything. They just asked my permission if they can make a let's play of it. They even flat out stated they were going to buy it.
