And where can I find that amusingly titled game? XD
The Saturn is my favorite system!

Off the top of my head, I can easily recommend Impact Racing, NiGHTs, Clockwork Knight 1 and 2, Cyberia, Myst (assuming you haven't played it, the Saturn version is quite a good port unlike the PS1 version), Tomb Raider, Gex, Bug Too!, Dark Legend, SimCity 2000 (the Saturn version and the PS1 version are arguably the best versions, and for different reasons), Baku Baku...
Loaded. It's like a top down Doom where you play as one of 6 deranged criminals, Shining Force 3, I think there's a version of Sonic 3D on the saturn.
Sonic 3D blast kind of sucks though. It's kind of fun if you play slowly and carefully, pretending you never heard that it's a Sonic game.

It is the best version of Sonic 3D Blast though, even better than the PC versions which were based on the Genesis version.
Shining Force 3 and Dragon Force.
D and Enemy Zero, though I would really just mod it so you can play the rare must play games like Panzer Dragoon Saga. Also Die Hard Arcade is hilariously awesome.
Albert Odyssey: Legend of Eldean and The Legend of Oasis
If you're looking for RPGs try out these ones as well:

Dark Savior:(made by the same creative team that did LandStalker/Alundra)
It's an Action RPG where you're sent on a mission to escort a serial killer to a prisoners island, but they break free. So from the get go, you have to rush to captain's quarter to warn everyone before the ship docks. However, how fast you get to the captains quarters determines the route you playthrough. Further playthroughs eventually lead the game into a groundhogday-back-to-future-2ish plot where you're constantly outrunning yourself and your previous attempts in order to catch the real villain - the battle system, I remember, was really cool. It played sort of like street fighter where you had 2 rounds of 1v1 fights in order to determine the winner. Not the best game, but this is the one game I want to play if I owned a saturn.

Dragon Force: I don't remember much about this game. But it was published/translated by working designs and it was this really cool 2D pixel art on 3D background strategy game. Definitely a really cool Strategy RPG to check out.

Guardian Heroes: More of 2D Beat-em-up Brawler with RPG Elements, supposedly Guardian Heroes was a prequel to Treasure's Gunstar Heroes? It's a 2D Co-op action rpg, that has branching story and multiple endings. There's also this really cool Undead Knight dude that helps you out, throughout the game which you can control through AI. Also this game had a 6 player arena mode where you could play as any NPC from the game. Like "coughing old lady" vs. "world ending demi-god"

Astal: Not really an RPG, but it was a really cool, very pretty 2D platformer that sort of competed with Ubisoft's rayman at the time. So it plays like rayman, but you also have this bird with that can assist you throughout the game which can also be controlled with the 2nd controller. Not the best platformer but this was also a really cool game to check out as well.

I only got to play these at a birthday when I was younger, but these games left quite an impression on me as a kid and I remember being devastated when my friend was selling his saturn and all his games one year to make way for a playstation, cause he was a huge sega fan.

Also check out Hyper Duel (really cool 2D mech/shmup)Fighters MegaMix(3D fighting game where you get to play as the car from Daytona USA)and Enemy Zero (it was this really weird horror game, where you had to fight these invisible creatures? But you can't see them till they're about to attack you? Because that's when they make this noise. So you're pointing a gun down a dark hall way, staring at nothing, until you can hear them come for you, so you can kill them, i dunno it was really weird but also very cool)

EDIT: forgot to mention, if you like the original Resident Evil 1? Check out the Saturn version it's the only one that has a really cool boss rush mode where you're facing down all the games enemies. We played the hell out of that during a party once and took turns to see who could get the farthest.

I give you my thanks for the suggestions. :)

Now, as a gift for your generous recommendations, I shall show you a method of getting the best picture quality possible for Sega's Pre-Dreamcast consoles;

1. Just get this or another RGB-capable cable.

2. And get this little thing right here.

Plug everything in, and you're good to go. That's the most simple mini-guide I can think of for hooking this stuff to a modern TV. :P

If you want any additional details, feel free to ask.
some pros and cons to that scaler you posted tho fyi: https://youtu.be/lHoOKLWIMKU?t=405
I just capture S-video for my Saturn, since almost no games can actually use a higher resolution than it can support.
@LordBlueRouge Nice picks! Ever noticed how you write "really cool" a lot? ^^

I know, I just mentioned it because the Open Source Scan Converter and Framemeister are rather expensive.

Although, after using the OSSC myself, I'd say it's way worth it. XD

Eh, well...the games are still going to run at similar (if not the same) resolution if you're using RGB SCART. The idea is to have a cleaner picture quality using a more effective video output as opposed to having more pixels on the screen.

LOL! XD I didn't notice it till you mentioned it! I dunno, I just wanted to quickly mention stuff for Zakariya. Opinions will vary with some of these. "really cool" just seemed like a safe, all-encompassing word, for some of these games - not great, not terrible, but worth checking out, etc. These games had a lot of really interesting ideas.

Right, but S-Video is already such a huge step up over composite, and no scaling is always going to be cleaner and lower-latency than any scaling even if only by a little.

Good point. :3

Also, don't waste your money on a professional RGB/S-video/component video monitor. Even the best CRT's aren't as good as retro gaming YouTubers claim they are. XP
