I just got Forcefield for Ami, and it doesn't appear in her blue magic list in battle, but does in the menu.

The Blizzard sword says it has 44 vigor, but only gives 40, and the Thunder sword says it gives 46 vigor, but only gives 42.
Edit: Also just noticed the Marauder sword says it gives 70 vigor, but only gives 18.

Do the rhinotaurs in the wind temple drop megavolt for Ami? Just wondering since I have been fighting them for about 2 hours and still haven't gotten it.

On the topic of Blue Magic, to people who have gotten that far, how useful is Ami? I love Blue Mages(favorite class), but they are generally not that great, with only a few useful spells.

Or, like... have a mage that's a total tank, even if they're just using magic, instead of a squishy little marshmallow. B)
I never understood why mages are always so squishy. Maybe they used their magic to become super strong or something, instead of throwing a fireball.

So, apparently, if I take the game out of full screen it runs just fine. Picked up that book so hard.

@littlebro: you're on the right track.
@Zyvin314: if it's a rgss2 player crash, I don't know what to tell you. You say it crashes soon anyway, well, where does it crash if you ignore the book?
Well, anytime I try to open the menu or leave that room with the healing statue. When it crashes, it just says windows has encountered an error with the Game.exe and had to close it.
Kinda bummed, since the story got me hooked already.
