Ah yes, but Yuna whilst you know I like the pretty, and the music and the pretty music I'm mostly driven by narrative. If the story doesn't interest, intrigue, captivate, disturb or even revolt me then it's like a gaily wrapped birthday present with nothing inside.
Not that I think this game will fall prey to that, given Accha's portfolio, but judgement has to be reserved until I've actually played it :).

The story is the weakest part of our game, I really need to work on it more now that you mention it D=

Nah man, presentation is only 1/3 of the points-- if you make a great and fun game with no bugs then you're heading for the top!

Oh you have such a treat in store for you. I'm glad I could point you towards it. The first one just blew my mind.
e: sorry should be talking about your game on your game-page, oops. I just went and had a look at the Contest submissions, it's up to about 80 now and some look quite interesting so it's going to be a worthwhile contest, irrespective of the lovely prizes. I don't think I saw yours there, have you submitted it, or do you have to wait until you have a download to do so?

Yeah, there's a ton of great games in the competition and I'm expecting that a bunch of awesome ones are coming up in the final days too XD We haven't made the submission yet... well, afaik you can technically submit without the download and add it later, but we're waiting until we're 100% done so that when people do download we don't get (too many) bug/error reports.
It's pretty amazing what some people are conceptualizing for this competition. Tirawrmisu and Perspective are two that have really interesting premises (and promising gameplay)! The non-RPG category is especially gonna be tough to judge if more of them are like that. >_o

Which is entirely possible actually... You never know when some genius is gonna come out of nowhere! Which is a terrifying prospect I won't admit to worrying about more often than I should.
