terrible idea. i cant edit anything through the scripting language because it is all hardcoded. is there any other rpg maker where the system can be created or is it a lost cause.

i dont know much about the programming language used in vx ace so i need help with learning how i can code in it. i am willing to learn so that i can program stuff myself. i have only programmed in html and flash so far. please teach me.

i cant get it to work. it asks for a file with a file name with a symbol that is similar to 0 every time. i want to use mode 7 for the final airship.

let me add some information. each class in final fantasy 5 have job levels that are in addition the character levels but each character have their own job levels for each class. lets say a character levels up black mage to a certain level, that would make the black magic skill posible to equip but it only gives spells up to the job level. please help me create that system in rpg maker vx ace.

this game needs some work. the first boss is so strong that it cant be defeated without an insane amount of grind. (the minotaur)(my characters got slaughtered) the music is low quality versions of the music so you should replace the music with better versions. the game over movie starts in a corner of the screen rather than in full screen. the limit break system needs an in battle bar. the battles seem entirely turn based dispite the ATB bar. the climbing system is a bit buggy. squall started final fantasy 8 with a weapon called revolver so you should call the weapon here a revolver gunblade or something. what is good however is the ability to learn spells from items. i am willing to test a new version of this.

i am working on a project where the characters will be visiting the 4 crystals of earth, fire, water and air(in that order) in order to gain jobs from them. i am open for using script but i dont actually understand the scripting language. the jobs the characters will get is mostly the same as final fantasy 5 and i want the system to be as close to that as possible. i have already developed a system where characters can buy spells but i still need the job system. please help me out.

how can i make equipment require other equipment in 2003

i have tried that solution and it works well. it is only one item set though and the description of the ring already state that it is required. is there a way to make it unequip if the character doesnt have a certain condition.

i dont however have much skill with code but, i can copy and paste stuff rather well though. i want a system that is a close to final fantasy 5 as possible but, i want to improve it so that characters can use more of the skills gained. my plan is to enable bonuses for mastering classes to be equipped in addition to 4 commands.
