how can i make a common event trigger for only the user of a skill
in a game i am working on i have a class specific skill that only affects characters with that specific class but i cant figure out how to make it affect only the caster. the game will be running on a class system where characters change classes based on specific factors. the spell changes equipment and a variable. please help me out.

i am working on a project where all characters are immortals and as such they only get knocked out rather than killed. i want healing spells to be able to target them when they are knocked out as well as when they are not. how can i do that?

how can i port the final fantasy 5 job system to vx ace
i am working on a project where the characters will be visiting the 4 crystals of earth, fire, water and air(in that order) in order to gain jobs from them. i am open for using script but i dont actually understand the scripting language. the jobs the characters will get is mostly the same as final fantasy 5 and i want the system to be as close to that as possible. i have already developed a system where characters can buy spells but i still need the job system. please help me out.
