Changes to locker functionality

A few changes to the way making files private / public in lockers works:

  • You can now make files private when first uploading them.
  • The public / private buttons now work like toggle buttons. If a file is public click the button to toggle it to private and then hit the "update" button at the bottom of the page to update it. This means you can now mark several files public / private at once.

Since this change involved updates to the site's javascript you'll want to clear your browser cache or do a hard refresh of your browser while on your locker page.

Server Maintenance - 2/24/2014 2:00AM EST

The site will be down for an hour or so early Monday morning, 2/24/2014, starting at 2:00AM EST while our host performs maintenance on our server.

You can go here: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html if you are unsure what time that is in your time zone.

Changes to Game Subscription options

I added an option to subscribe to "Dev Comments" separately from "User Comments". The old "Comments" option is now "User Comments", so if you had unchecked this option to stop getting notices for comments on a game page you'll need to go through and uncheck "Dev Comments" in the subscription options as well now, or you'll start getting notices when developers post comments on their pages.

Let me know if you see anything funny (like double notices).

*COMPLETE* Downtime Sun., Oct. 13th 9AM - 10AM CDT

The site will be down for an hour or so this Sunday around 9:00AM CDT (2:00PM GMT) in order to push the latest updates. It shouldn't actually be down for the whole hour, more than likely it will be up and down during the hour timeframe. I'll update this topic when I'm done.

You can go here: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html if you are unsure what time that is in your time zone.

Once the site is back up you'll want to make sure to clear your cache or do a hard refresh on any pages that don't seem to work right.
