My birthday is next week. I want to celebrate alone. Ideas on how, please.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Spend all day watching porn
Spend all day playing video games
Watch the entirety of Star Trek: The Original Series
Spend all day in your birthday suit
Eat a whole cake by yourself
Bake a cake even if you don't know how
Just do nothing for your birthday like a normal adult I guess
Call your parents

Quality time with yourself. Just relax, take everything easy, watch something you like, eat lotsa chips :)

You gotta spend like an hour and a half making those nachos

I'd purchase plenty of tasty comfort foods and drinks I like, go on an online shopping spree to buy mostly cheaply dumb but useful things, then purchase a steam game i'm interested in and play it while gorging on my dragon hoard of snacks.
I tend to buy myself a cake (this one) and watch a movie and then maybe play some video game.

But the cake's the thing that is different from a regular day :)
Watch a sweet movie. I recommend Saint Onii-san/Saint Young Men if you want a quiet loving atmosphere (and don't if party-time should be hyper for you). It's a beautiful movie, it's chill, it covers like, an entire year, perfect for any occasion. It's my personal New Year/Christmas movie, tbh.
Ofc it depends on what a 'bday party' should feel like to you, but this is a safe recommendation imho : )

I am not much of a cake eater, but, some home-made food of any kind can make it feel like a special occasion.
Like, bake a pizza from scratch or something. Make a special something. If you usually cook fancy, maybe take a break for the day and just order pizza or make a frozen one - can all be a treat, depending. Enjoy the silence and freedom of having the day to yourself (honestly, that one Christmas I was alone in the flat was the best one I ever had). If you have a window (or balcony) where you can catch some sun rays for a bit in the morn, that can be a thing, too.

I don't know what the weather is like, but I can also really recommend some self-made iced tea (ice optional). If you can get some mint, that'll be a super nice easy to make treat. Get a jug of tea going the day before(haws, green, black, any mild one, really), cool it down (if it's hot you get mint tea), then add mint leaves and a little bit of apple juice (up to 1/5 roughly), cool and drink. If you used black, lemons are prolly a great idea to add. Using mint tea is nice too btw, just more of a refreshment imo (use fresh leaves to make mint tea, cool, add apple juice).

My biggest recommendation for by-yourself party is good music. You don't even need to have it playing for a long while, but it gives you the feeling of the party actually starting, yknow. Make it festive! No need for decorations when the vibe is already right. Get not just music you like, but something that has the bday party vibe you like (my Christmas song is All I Want for Christmas is You, really. Play that, I think CHRISTMAS WHEEE - or any party, really). Get your favorite song blasting, dance since noone's looking, do the thing you love but never get to do, or somehow never end up doing (for me, that can be karaoke or sth), if you wanna write people you love, do so, if not, just do something nice.
Gamecation is possible too, though I recommend some back-up plans cause that might numb your nerves depending on the game and play-time, and that's just not fun. It might also be something you already regularly do, so it may not feel as special. (unless it's MH huehuehuehue)

It is prolly tricky to make it festive for yourself when you usually do not celebrate or do it with others, but I find just the act of looking forward to the occasion can add quite a something.
Make it a nice one : D

And yknow, if it ended up not being what you expected, I find it can be a nice introspective day too. I usually don't have too much time for meditation most days (tho it's slowed atm), so it's nice to just have a day to think and feel too. Whatever happens, happens. But I am sure you know that.

If you're like me, you always want to spend parties with others. Technology lets that happen! But you have to announce with your friends that it's happening.

If you can, try a Zoom party with people you know?
Play Jackbox Party Pack online with friends.
Just chat and get them to bring along snacks, maybe.
Watch a movie together using Netflix Party?
Depends on how weird that seems. But you might have someone in mind.

Or if you have nobody like that who it'd be appropriate to party with like that, then do what others have suggested. I just wanted to give the "people" option XD

Those are all great ideas! Some of them I'm using, and some have inspired me similar ideas that I'll use.

I will have dinner with family (father and brother). Something simple, so I will not spend the whole day alone. But the rest of the day I want to be actually alone. I believe it's good to learn how to have fun without company. People addiction can be problematic too.

Now I'm accepting ideas for recipes, because I'm taking the cooking suggestion. Something easy, please, because I can't really cook.
Spend 2 hours with all electronic devices off. Use that time to craft something useful, cute or simply funny. You don't have to show your creation to anyone, it can be very personal or silly. Just let your imagination run wild !

What kind of food do you think tastes good? Like, sweet, savory, something soft and fluffy, etc. Ingredients you like? (say, avocado sea food, etc.)

A random easy fun thing is making banana pancakes.
Base
Peanut butter chocolate
dark chocolate

Tiramisu is also surprisingly easy to make if you are into desserts (just prep the evening before - if you do not want/have no alcohol, just skip the alcohol. still tasty. if you do not have the butter finger thingies, use plain tea cookies).

I usually do the variety where you mix egg yellow with honey/sugar and then mix it with the mascarpone. Layer with cookies dipped in coffee, add cocoa, done.

For savory recipes I usually just mix random things lol..

If you know how to make plain pancakes, like, uh, no, more like crepes, then it's easy to make it into something savory. Just make the crepe-like-thingies, while you use another pan to fry your favorite things. A nice mix is spinach, ground beef and diced onions, add salt and pepper - add some cheese at the end if you like. Put on top of the crepe, roll up or fold up, eat. Go easy on the filling, it's easy to put too much in it. It won't hurt you, but it's easier to eat with thinner filling, and you can have more later (fork and knife recommended).
If you want dessert just roll one up with jam, honey or anything sweet.
There's like two base recipes for em - one with egg and water/milk, the other without eggs, but only milk. Both work.

Personally, I usually make the milk variety (milk n flour and a lil bit of oil). You don't need to make them super thin to enjoy. (you CAN add some spices or diced onions into the batter to make 'em fancy for savory use. You can also add apple slices into the sweet ones, but that always messes everything up for me, so I usually add later, hahahah)

Disclaimer: I only used the banana pancake recipes here. I usually use German sites for the other stuff.

pizza is fairly easy to make, but gets your hands dirty. Bratkartoffeln are nice n versatile (though either you cook the potatoes first, or you need a while slicing and pan-frying em in smaller pieces), Frikadellen are great, though again, gets your hands dirty (somehow a lot of people can't stand that). My definition of easy is bonkers though, so oopsiedoopsie.

My birthday was last week and I did the same!

I chatted with a bunch of friends and family on the phone (it's nice to hear someone else's voice!), then I baked a pan of brownies and ordered a bunch of thai food. I took a walk, read for a bit, played video games, watched anime, and just took it easy :)

So that's what I'd recommend!
endlessly agonizing about the grim spectre of death.

also nachos.
