This is a good post. And yes! It's more about giving compliments that you normally would keep in your head and reaching out to those people you usually wouldn't try to talk to; not doing it empty-ly (how do adverbs :/) but just going out and making connections with people you admire.

M/1 Review

I find this review really interesting. I kind of want to play M/1 to get some context, but I guess I'll have to wait until I get access to my laptop again... I agree that rape and trauma should be handled better in a lot of types of media, but I'm pleasantly surprised to Sigma's pretty good reaction to this review! Changing things to make your game better is very good, and I look forward to seeing how it turns on if you do fix these things.

About the infodumps, yes please and thank you; they're very great!! I can't bother myself to read news often, so when I do I read them all the way through and highly appreciate some good content (which this seems to be pretty good on).
Now, about the elitist/noob-hating thing: for someone who's vaguely new, and has barely started trying to make games after being here for a long time, the community is very amazing. I might not see the worst yet; but I feel like this site has done a great job of making me feel welcome.

Quest for Colour
Just finished playing. It IS fun. The controls confused me a little bit since I'm used to the Z/X for select/menu, but that's just me. Really nice, sweet game! I played on Easy mode tho... :0
